01 Information We Collect

When you join the Omnigenius waitlist, we collect only the information you voluntarily provide:

• Email address — used to notify you when we launch and to send relevant product updates.
• Sign-up timestamp — the date and time you submitted your email address.

We do not collect your name, location, payment information, or any other personal data at this stage. We do not use tracking pixels, behavioral analytics, or fingerprinting on this page.

02 How We Use Your Information

Your email address is used exclusively for:

• Notifying you when Omnigenius launches
• Sending early access invitations
• Occasional product updates and announcements you opted in for by joining the waitlist

We will never sell, rent, or trade your email address to any third party for marketing purposes. We will never send you spam. Every communication we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link.

03 Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a SOC 2 Type II certified database platform hosted on AWS infrastructure. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard TLS encryption.

We retain your email address until you request removal, or until 90 days after the Omnigenius product reaches general availability — at which point we will migrate active subscribers to our main platform or delete inactive records.

04 Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate this site:

• Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure. Privacy Policy →

• Google Fonts — typography. May log your IP address. Privacy Policy →

These services operate under their own privacy policies. We have selected providers that meet high data protection standards.

05 Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correction — request that we correct inaccurate data
• Deletion — request that we permanently delete your email from our waitlist at any time
• Portability — request your data in a machine-readable format
• Opt-out — unsubscribe from all communications at any time

06 Cookies & Tracking

This website uses minimal cookies. Specifically:

• No advertising cookies — we do not run ads or ad tracking
• No analytics cookies — we do not use Google Analytics or similar services on this page
• Session storage — we may use browser session storage for admin authentication only, which is never shared with third parties

07 Children's Privacy

Omnigenius is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with their email address, please contact us at privacy@omnigenius.net and we will delete it immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as our product evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If you are on our waitlist, we will notify you by email of any significant changes.

Your continued use of this website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
